Booking Policy
- Please make any request to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Missed appointments and late cancellations may be non-refundable.
- Any approved refund may be reduced by payment-provider and banking transaction charges.
- Booking and refund decisions remain subject to management discretion.
